Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Software products installed or pre-installed as part of an equipment (Laptop PC, Field PG, HMI )
- Field PG / Industrial laptops with pre installed software where licenses have been activated * Windows , TIA P etc.
- Industrial Computers with pre installed software
- Custom made equipment including hardware and software for certain projects
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer as we do not work with manufacturers directly.
There are certain situations where refunds are not granted:
- Equipment or parts with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD software that has been opened.
- Laptops and Field PG where software has pre-installed
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Restocking fees
1. Restocking Fee
In case of a product return for any reason, the following restocking fees apply:
- The standard restocking fee is 25% of the purchase price if the item is returned in the same condition as it was delivered (NOU – New in a sealed package).
If the item is returned in a different condition, the following fees apply:
- NOO (New in an open package) – 35% ( item that was powered on, license has been activated on power on, signed into )
- NOK (New without box) – 40%
- PXX (Used) – not accepted for refunds
To return your product, you should first fill up a RMA form that will be delivered to you via email. Contact us for RMA form.In the event that, as a result of the inspection checks reveals any tampering with the product, the Seller will not return the amount paid by the buyer and will promptly notify the Customer of such decision.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
