All license certificates are issued by us and will be delivered as online downloads in the same folder or separately as an email. For all software sold trough our website due to licensing limitation there are no refunds .

You will receive file that is either .zip or seelf extractiv .exe format that will install the license for you. In some cases a PDF file is also attached with license installation instructions for certain software.

The online software download platform will not issue license certificates as the software is procured by us from either surplus stock of certain entities or bulk license purchase.
